Or ask us to do it

Email [email protected] from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record — name, email address and account identifiers
  • Your entire study history — every answer, time taken and accuracy statistic
  • Your game scores and leaderboard entries
  • Any feedback messages you sent us
  • The device registration used to keep your unlock on one phone

What we keep, and why

  • The record of your purchase, if you bought the $19 unlock. We are required to retain proof of sale for tax and accounting purposes. Your email address is not kept with it — only a one-way hash, which cannot be read back into an address.
  • That hash exists so that if you sign up again with the same Google account, you can restore the unlock you already paid for. If you delete your account and never return, nothing identifiable about you remains.

Please note

  • Deleting your account does not refund a purchase. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policy.
  • Statistics stored only on your phone are removed when you uninstall the app.
