NCLEX Ace 360
Delete your account
Applies to the NCLEX Ace 360 app (com.irfanedu.nclex) · Last updated 28 August 2026
You can delete your NCLEX Ace 360 account and all of the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it – from inside the app, which is instant, or by asking us, if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1 – delete it yourself, in the app
- Open NCLEX Ace 360 and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and privacy.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is erased straight away and you are returned to the sign-in screen. If it has been more than a few minutes since you signed in, Google may ask you to sign in again first – this is a security check on Google’s side, not an error.
Option 2 – ask us to delete it
If you have already uninstalled the app, email [email protected] from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject Delete my account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days – usually within a few days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases:
- Your account itself, and the link to your Google sign-in
- Your email address, name and profile photo
- Every question attempt, your accuracy by topic, study time, streaks and XP
- Flashcard review progress, bookmarks and earned badges
- Your cloud backup, if you had one
- All of the above as stored on the device you delete from
None of this can be recovered afterwards, by you or by us.
What is kept, and for how long
- Crash reports – up to 90 days. These are anonymous: they are never tagged with your identity, so they cannot be traced back to you or removed individually.
- Aggregate, anonymous usage statistics – retained indefinitely. These contain nothing that identifies you.
- Records of purchases – kept where tax and accounting law requires it. These are held by Google Play, not by us.
Before you delete: cancel your subscription first
NCLEX Ace 360 Pro is billed by Google Play, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel your subscription and does not issue a refund. If you no longer want to be billed, cancel it first:
Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select NCLEX Ace 360, then Cancel subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play under their refund policy.
Just want a break instead?
If you only want to stop using the app for a while, sign out rather than deleting. Signing out keeps your progress on the device and on your cloud backup, so everything is exactly where you left it when you come back. Profile → the sign-out button.
